My name is Benjamin, I'm a qualified personal trainer from the UK and I'm offering one on one Personal Training for anyone looking to get fitter, faster, stronger and healthier in 2018.
The fitness industry tells us that we need have to take protein supplements, pre workout supplements and that you can only get in shape and build muscle by lifting heavy weights.
I am on a mission to show everyone that you can get into great shape without supplements and without lifting heavy weights.
My training is a mixture of bodyweight strength training, high intensity cardio (HIIT) and core workouts.
Through this training you will build lean muscle, torch away any unwanted body fat and send your energy and fitness levels through the roof!
The great thing about this training is it can be performed anywhere, workouts are performed either outdoors, at your home or at FitX fitness studio, whatever suits you best.
The workouts are short and intense, so you don't need to spending hours and hours working out every week with little to show for it.
