Hi guys,

My name is Benjamin and I'm offering one on one Personal Training for anyone looking to get fitter, faster, stronger and healthier in 2018.

I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, 31 years old, from the UK. My training consists of strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and core training, using a mixture of bodyweight and weight training exercises. The training involves working out for short, intense periods followed by rest.

The great thing about high intensity workouts is that you can get in to great shape working out as little as 60 minutes per week, so you don't have to spend hours in the gym every week with little to show for it.

This an extremely effective way at burning fat and building lean muscle and will send your energy levels through the roof!

Workouts are performed either outdoors, at your home or at FitX fitness studio, wherever you prefer.
