Tai Chi is a way to develop a balanced health for body and mind. It helps to improve overall health, develops calmness and focus of mind, increases energy and aids suppleness, strength, co-ordination, balance and agility.
The aim of Qi Gong is to promote the movement of Qi (energy) in the body by opening gates and stretching and twisting energy channels. Key points are relaxation and deep breathing, which allow Qi to flow. Benefits include increased general health and well-being and reduced levels of stress.
